Andrew Johns Design offers a comprehensive Architectural Design Service including Structural Design
specifically for the domestic consumer for all types of building projects.
Our aim is to provide our clients with a prompt, efficient, cost effective service
using Computer Aided Design software or the traditional drawing board.
Andrew will personally progress your project from the initial concept right through to obtaining
the necessary Local Authority Approvals i.e. Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval.
His practical experience and qualifications enable him to identify potential structural/ building problems
and provide solutions in the early design stage of a project, this can save valuable time and money at the
construction stage.
Andrew has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry, his qualifications include
an Honours Degree in Construction and he is an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
